Baset joins forces with Argy for milestone track, ‘Sierra’

Baset has teamed up with renowned artist Argy for the release of their latest single ‘Sierra’.

Released on Cercle Records, ’Sierra’ marks a significant milestone as Baset becomes the first artist from the MENA region to sign with this prestigious label. The track has already made a remarkable impact, hitting over 1,000,000 listens on Spotify within the first month of its release.

Hailing from Cairo, Baset has been evolving his sound in the electronic music genre since 2014, with a distinct style that combines euphoric, hopeful and driving emotions. His collaboration with Argy, one of the top melodic techno artists globally, showcases his evolving artistry and dedication to creating captivating sonic experiences. ‘Sierra’ quickly climbed to number three on Beatport's Top 100 Melodic House & Techno chart and has garnered support from names such as CamelPhat, Armin van Buuren and David Guetta.

The collaboration also marks Baset’s first release of 2024, following on from his 2023 EP ‘Fallen Between Cracks’ which included remixes from Alessio Pennati, TAEF and TNY.
