Boogie Box unveils festival line-up for 15th anniversary

Boogie Box has announced its festival line-up for the collective's 15th anniversary. Taking place at Abu Dhabi's Al Hudayriyat Beach on November 2, the festival will feature 16 hours of music across two stages.

Music enthusiasts across the region are setting their sights on a monumental edition of the Boogie Box Festival. Spanning 15 years since its inception in 2009, the UAE-based collective Boogie Box stands tall as one of the longest-standing house and techno gatherings in possibly the entire Middle East. Coinciding with its 15th anniversary, the festival has a host of surprises in store for its attendees.

Partygoers will be treated to a 16-hour musical journey spread across two electrifying stages.

Stage One of the upcoming Boogie Box Festival will present an array of established DJs. DJ Boring, known for blending rare classics with modern tracks, has built a strong reputation for his dynamic sets that capture the essence of club culture. Dutch DJ Young Marco, who gained attention in 2023 with his track "What You Say?", will also perform. Marco is a familiar name at notable festivals like Dekmantel and Rush Hour, where he recently closed Dekmantel’s main stage. Rounding off the lineup for Stage One is Rome-based DJ Adiel, whose distinctive techno sets have earned her performances at leading European events such as Awakenings, ADE and Berghain.

Stage Two will feature a more eclectic and atmospheric mix of sounds, headlined by Hunee, who will be making his UAE debut. Known for his engaging connection with the dance floor, Hunee's sets offer a distinctive musical journey, with productions on labels like Rush Hour showcasing his soulful and vibrant style. The lineup for Stage Two also includes a mix of local and international talent, with performances by Hani J, Hassan Alwan, Little Hats, Maks, Bas Iblini, Omar Fayyad, Parvané, Ricardo De Meneses, Shadi Megallaa and Tarek Barada. Alongside the music, the festival will offer local food vendors, a marketplace and a focus on sustainability, aiming to eliminate single-use plastic.
