Citizen Kain joins forces with Kiko for new EP, ‘Pablo’
The title track has been remixed by Jos & Eli
Citizen Kain, who is to play at Beirut’s B 018 this Friday, has released his latest EP, ‘Pablo’, in collaboration with Kiko.
The artists’ new collaboration has resulted in two original tracks, the title track which opens the EP, and the closing one titled ‘Unsung’. The EP includes a remix by Jos & Eli for the lead track ‘Pablo’.
Citizen Kain and Kiko’s ingenious production methods and knack for crafting subtle yet elegant arrangements ring true with ‘Pablo’, while offering more groovy fair on ‘Unsung’. Followed by the EP’s title track, Jos & Eli’s remix is an outstanding attempt to portray their own sonic variety.
This is Citizen Kain’s sophomore appearance on Eleatics Records. His remix for Haze-M’s ‘Advika’ came out on the same label back in 2018. The artist has recently launched his own label, Unseen Recordings.
