The Germany-based artist delivers the 17th mix in the series

DJ/producer Markus Homm is the latest artist to feature in Future Forward Media’s Apple Music DJ mix series, adding his unique touch to the growing collection.
Markus Homm’s musical journey began at the age of 15 when he acquired his first turntable, and he made his DJ debut at 21. Inspired by Romania’s burgeoning club culture, he opened a record store in Sibiu, where he also formed a creative partnership with Mihai Popoviciu. Homm’s background in Latin dance and his finely tuned sense of rhythm have imbued his music with a distinctive character. With releases on renowned labels such as Highgrade Records, Diynamic Music and Glasgow Underground, Homm has steadily built an international career. His performances have graced iconic Berlin venues like Panorama Bar, Watergate and Tresor, as well as prestigious clubs in cities like Tokyo and Hong Kong.
Continuing to captivate both dance floors and listeners worldwide, Markus Homm delivers a standout mix for Future Forward Media’s Apple Music series. The set features 12 carefully curated tracks, including Alex Tea’s “Grippy Ultrafine”, Gareth Cole’s “No Sleep”, Nick Curly’s “Stay High” and his own collaboration with Nici Faerber, “Basement Room”.
