The UAE’s long-running music and arts festival, Groove on the Grass, is set to mark its 12th year with an event featuring an eclectic mix of international and local electronic artists. Taking place on October 19 at the Emirates Golf Club in Dubai, the event will be spread across two stages, showcasing a variety of genres that blend global and regional sounds.
The Main Stage will be led by ASH, delivering his distinct live performance. He will be joined by Paris-based artist Viken Arman, known for merging electronic beats with jazz and world influences. Also on the bill are Jamiiie and Fiona Kraft, who will bring their combined talents to a b2b performance focused on deep and melodic house. Deian, one of the region’s outstanding electronic music talents and Dubai’s own Iman Rohani will represent the regional scene, while emerging talent Morgan Dope rounds out the Main Stage with his versatile music selection.
Over at the Groove Arena, Romanian minimal techno specialist Rhadoo is set to headline. He will be accompanied by Margaret Dygas, known for her minimal house and techno sets.
UAE-based Nasrawi, who blends hip-hop and experimental elements into his sets, will also perform alongside underground acts such as Maks and Honeytrap. The night will also see a b2b set from Motion and Kanj, two of Dubai’s respected names in electronic music, promising a mix of deep grooves and forward-thinking beats.
