Karim Alkhayat launches new label with debut single, ‘Take Control’

Syria-hailing now Berlin-based DJ/producer Karim Alkhayat has launched a new record label with a debut single by himself, entitled ‘Take Control’.

The track offers a steady progression through rhythmic beats, layered synths and a blend of sounds that reflect the label’s progressive approach. The track’s energetic vibe and creative production underscore the label’s commitment to exploring new dimensions in techno music.

In late December of last year, Architech Records announced their debut as a new player in the music industry. Karim Alkhayat’s musical journey began in earnest in 2018 after moving to Dubai in 2012, transitioning from a guitarist to a techno enthusiast and becoming one of the most prolific producers in the scene. His releases on the labels like Codex, Legend, Set About, Phobiq, Say What and Alula Tunes, among others, showcases his enduring artistic skills on the global stage.

The artist made a significant impact in 2020 with his first release on IAMT, following numerous EPs and singles. His music is characterised as groovy, dark, moody, and driven – embodying the essence of techno and he is known for complex textures in his tracks that ignite dance floors and push crowds to the limits of musical creativity. Karim excels in synchronising with the audience's desires, delivering impeccable timing and creating an immersive experience that leaves fans craving more.

2024 started off rapidly for Karim Alkhayat. His remix for ‘ANA’ by AYN was released last week, too.
