MANTi debuts on LSF21+ with ‘Lose Yourself’ EP

Iranian producer MANTi has concluded 2023 with her latest offering on LSF21+, the 'Lose Yourself' EP.

Already a buzzword in the industry for her work with labels like Marginalia, Einmusika, Natura Viva, New Tab Music and Clepsydra, the LA-based artist's relentless creativity has resulted in a string of releases that have garnered critical acclaim.

The 'Lose Yourself' EP, now available, signifies MANTi's debut on the Berlin-based label headed by Santé and Re.You.

The EP opens with the namesake track, 'Lose Yourself', a prime example of MANTi's prowess in crafting deep, compelling dance music. Over eight minutes, she weaves a tapestry of sound, balancing intricate drum patterns, sweeping chords, and ethereal synth lines. This track is a quintessential underground house anthem, replete with complex textures, warped basslines, and a driving groove that captivates from start to finish.

The accompanying cut, 'Distant, Yet Connected', continues in the same entrancing vein. Here, MANTi embarks on a sonic journey that complements the dreamy aura of 'Lose Yourself'. The track is an auditory delight, featuring crisp hi-hats, growling bass stabs, and delicate melodies that enchant the listener. MANTi's skillful manipulation of lush pads and precise synth work expands the track in all directions, culminating in a fittingly grandiose conclusion to her debut on LSF21+.

Speaking about her LSF21+ debut, MANTi said: “‘Lose Yourself’ and ‘Distant, Yet Connected’ are deep, hypnotic, ethereal, and melodic, which is my fav kind of music. These tracks are a reflection of the emotions and experiences that inspired them. I am excited to join the LSF21+ team as I love the music they have been releasing and their overall music direction.”
