With more than 20 years of experience spanning EDM, trance, progressive, melodic and underground electronic music, Krott has built a career centred on artist development and large-scale operational management. As a certified event manager specialising in artist and tour management, she has worked across multiple areas of the industry, from coordinating international touring schedules and overseeing live productions to managing relationships between artists, labels, agencies and promoters.

Her career began alongside trance pioneer Paul van Dyk, an experience that provided an early introduction to the demands of international touring and artist management.
