Nima Gorji releases new two-track EP, ‘Chains’

Nima Gorji has released a new EP, entitled ‘Chains’.

The Iranian-born now Ibiza-based artist’s new two-tracker includes the opening track ‘Breaking Chains’ and ‘Jah Rastafari’. The ’Chains’ EP is a reflection of Nima Gorji’s enduring influence in minimal house music. The EP showcases his aptitude for creating intricate soundscapes that resonate with listeners worldwide.

With a career spanning over 30 years, Nima began his journey in Copenhagen’s vibrant club scene during the emergence of modern house and techno music. In 1995, he became a resident DJ at an iconic underground club in Copenhagen, where he performed alongside numerous renowned DJs, steadily building his reputation.

Nima’s move to Spain saw him collaborate with notable Ibiza-based collectives such as Ibiza Underground, Monza, FUSE, Pyramid, Zoo Project and Next Wave. In 1999, Nima founded Welt Recordings and later NG Trax and Need For Sound, continuing his passion for electronic music by releasing his works and promoting other artists. His rich discography includes releases on labels like SCI+TEC, Deeperfect, Fuse London and Bondage Music.
