SAS displays ‘Flag of Hate’ with new EP
The Lebanese/Italian artist’s latest EP came out via PURE HATE 000 label

Lebanese/Italian DJ and producer SAS (Sarah Assi) released a new two-track EP, “Flag of Hate”.
The artist transcends her typical dark industrial techno by proving stellar production capabilities to full display. Overlaying sounds in a winkingly unconventional way, the title track paves the way into the subtly varying acid swirls of the closing track “ACID RITUAL”. Both tracks maintain a gravitational foundation featuring an ethereal sonic realm of moody textures. At only 18, she is definitely one to watch.
The artist’s latest record came out via PURE HATE 000, a Hungary-based label that has been run by ROT (Bálint Mezei). SAS, who’s currently Berlin-based, is also the founder and the creative director of EKSTASIS, a hard techno community based in Beirut.
