‘Arwah’ is out with a remix by Lebanese producer Obeidmusic
Sharake, the innovative duo consisting of Yazan Alsabbagh and Saleh Katbeh, have released their latest single, ‘Arwah’.
The track is a modern reimagining of a traditional song from Alfurat, Syria, offering listeners a unique blend of the past and the present. With ‘Arwah’, Sharake continue their mission of bridging East and West, combining traditional oriental melodies from the clarinet and oud with the contemporary sounds of melodic techno. The duo fuses these diverse elements into a cohesive sound, which features a cross-cultural journey that celebrates the beauty of diversity.
Founded by two Syrian virtuosos, Sharake has quickly made a name for themselves in the electronic music scene. The addition of heartfelt multilingual vocals to their music adds an extra layer of depth, making every track a testament to their innovative approach to music production.
