Skatman to lead the beat at Manama's Calexico Club for Project VOID’s Euphoria Elevated night

The Tunisia-born now Berlin-based DJ, producer, Watergate resident and Cognitive Prophecy label honcho Skatman (Aziz Haddad) is set to play at Manama’s Calexico club on September 15.

The event is part of Euphoria Elevated, the signature series of Project VOID, an electronic music community based in Berlin. The series has been going on for a year and a half, once a month, at boutique bars that have a unique look and a high-quality service. The series delivers high-energy performances that combine deep house, techno and indie dance with a bit of melody. The sound is simple, punchy, thumping and raw, appealing to a real crowd of music lovers.

The headlining act Skatman has a unique style that mixes raw and unfiltered sounds with hypnotic and dreamy melodies. A sound that bridges the gap between the old-school and the contemporary. He has recently been featured on Motif White’s new EP ‘In My Head’ with his remix.

Taking the spotlight alongside Skatman are two of Project VOID’s stalwarts: the ever-enticing Sam Gino, back on his favourite stomping grounds and poised to regale the crowd with his mischievous contemporary rhythms and quirky panache; plus INFRARED, set to make the decks ablaze and craft the evening into an iconic sonic journey. The pair will take the stage for a b2b set.
