Tomorrowland is back!
This year’s theme is ‘The Reflection of Love’
Tomorrowland’s 16th edition has kicked off. People of Tomorrow from all around the world have made it to the first day of the iconic Belgian festival, witnessing this year’s fabulous ‘The Reflection of Love’ stage in all its glory for the very first time ever.
The 16th edition of the festival revolves around ‘The Reflection of Love’, symbolising the positive energy the festival stands for. An unexpected darkness fell over the People of Tomorrow but will now make way for a unique moment at the mesmerising ‘Reflection of Love’ stage. During three weekends, the intense connection between the People of Tomorrow and the special union of positive energy across all borders will bring magic and a worldwide reflection of light to the festival grounds in Boom, Belgium, calling on all festivalgoers to spread the positivity and connection they experience at the festival around the globe.
The festival’s 2022 main stage is 100% made from in-house décor; from idea to sketch to technical design, the creative team behind Tomorrowland has invented, drawn and brought the magical stage to life, while all separate elements have been crafted in the Tomorrowland Atelier.
Tomorrowland has started with 21 days of broadcast on One World TV & One World Radio as well. On channel 1, the Reflection of Love main stage captures artists like Kölsch, Tale Of Us, Paul Kalkbrenner, Charlotte de Witte and Solomun, while channel 2 broadcasts live from the Atmosphere stage, featuring Adriatique, Stephan Bodzin, Lilly Palmer, ANNA and Joseph Capriati as well as DJs from the Freedom stage. Channel 3, on the other hand, is offering a glimpse onto the on-site One World Radio studio with exclusive interviews and more.
Tomorrowland expands to three weekends this year and takes place on July 15-17, July 22-24 and July 29-31. More than 800 artists will be taking the stage during these consecutive weekends and around 600,000 attendees are expected to descend on Boom for Tomorrowland 2022.
