Moroccan DJ/producer Tony Kay has released his debut EP, ‘Tirra’.
The now-Dubai-based artist’s tech house productions, ‘Collide’ and ‘Take You Home’, blend rich textures with refined electronic production, creating a sound that draws inspiration from the mystique of ancient rhythms and the pulse of modern dance floors. The ‘Tirra’ EP takes listeners on an emotional journey through intricate percussion, lush melodies and sensual vocals, all seamlessly woven together in a way that only Tony Kay can.
‘Tirra’ marks Tony Kay’s debut EP, following this year’s solo single ’Thinking’ and the collaborative track ‘Yeah! (Techno Remix)’ with Luca Testa. The EP's title carries a unique meaning, originating from the Amazigh language, where it translates to "destiny".
