Anis Hachemi and Dj Emir unlock the power of ‘Finesse’ with new track
Their new collaborative tune is featured on the 2nd volume of Tortuga Tribes’ ‘This Is Caribbean House’ compilation series
Anis Hachemi and Dj Emir have collaborated on a new Afro house cut ‘Finesse’.
The track is featured on Tortuga Tribes' ‘This Is Caribbean House, Vol. 2’ compilation, which includes 21 tunes and marks the label’s 10th catalogue.
It is the result of the meeting of the Doha-based Anis Hachemi and the Dubai-based Dj Emir, both of whom are inspired by electronic music and African rhythms. ‘Finesse’ has reached the 20th position on Beatport’s Afro house top 100 chart.
Anis Hachemi has been on a roll lately, having released three collaborative remixes with Alex Kaspersky for Deorbiting's ‘Pleasure Hypnotic Leisure Psychotic’, BT's ‘Confunktion’ and Jonatan Bäckelie & Ten Walls' ‘Anything But This’. ‘Finesse’ is yet another significant addition to his string of releases this year, whilst it marks Dj Emir's first official release since 2021.
