DJ Snake reimagines Phil Collins classic ‘Another Day in Paradise’ on new single

DJ Snake has released a new single reworking Phil Collins’ 1989 hit ‘Another Day in Paradise’, featuring vocals from Bipolar Sunshine.

The track offers a modern interpretation of the original, blending DJ Snake’s style with a restrained, electronic framework that maintains the core sentiment of the source material. Bipolar Sunshine delivers a soulful vocal performance that aligns with the song’s reflective tone, bringing a fresh perspective while respecting the emotional weight of the original.

Best known for his global chart-toppers such as ‘Turn Down for What’ and ‘Taki Taki’, DJ Snake has consistently shown a willingness to explore beyond the boundaries of mainstream dance music. With this latest release, the French-Algerian producer taps into a more contemplative space, revisiting a socially conscious anthem from pop history through a contemporary lens.

‘Another Day in Paradise’ remains one of Phil Collins’ most impactful songs, originally highlighting homelessness and social inequality. First released as the lead single from his chart-topping 1989 album ‘...But Seriously’, the track went on to become a defining moment in Collins’ solo career. DJ Snake’s version preserves these themes while presenting them to a new generation of listeners.

The song was most recently performed live on May 10 at Stade de France, in front of tens of thousands of people.
