HearThuG contributes to first instalment of Pleasure Club’s ‘Members Only’ series
HearThuG brings his signature acid-infused house and breaks to the London label’s new compilation
Tunis-based DJ, producer and Are You Alien label honcho HearThuG has been one of the artists contributing to the first instalment of Pleasure Club’s mini compilation series ‘Members Only’.
The four-track compilation features the artists Voigtmann, Mariiin and Henry Hyde along with HearThuG. The Tunisian producer’s closing track, entitled ‘Aha! Moment’, serves as another prime example of his signature infusion of house and breaks combined with acid bleeps.
HearThuG’s eclectic discography dates back to the early 2010s, with his first releases spanning deep, tech and melodic house as well as indie dance and peak time techno. Maybe one of the artist’s most memorable moment was his Boiler Room Tunis show; it was interlaced with an hour-long set of off-kilter micro house that left fans wondering where he found these gems.
‘Aha! Moment’ is part of a string of high-profile 2022 releases by HearThuG, including his solo productions ‘The Alien In All Of Us’ and ‘Children Of The Night’.
