Innellea and Juan Hansen head up Desert Sound’s Secret Jungle program

One of Saudi Arabia’s outstanding underground music brands, Desert Sound has revealed details of its upcoming programming at AlJadi Countryside Resort, featuring a two-day festival named Secret Jungle with Innellea, Juan Hansen and more.

On Thursday, November 17, the gathering features Juan Hansen, an Argentina-based composer and recording artist who uses live sets to express himself on the stages. His quest for novelty is genuine and unmistakably visceral. He mixes genres without bias, with a truly fun attitude, and with the sincere purpose of creating a set into a unique experience. The artist has appeared on four collaborative projects this year with the likes of Øostil, Babasonicos and Facunda Mohrr.

Artists that are set to perform on Secret Jungle’s first day include also MOA, Haffs, Dunes, Narkbeat and Vinylmode.

On Friday, November 18, the festival brings another blistering session to Riyadh for a rousing showcase from Innellea. Combining the roots of techno in a very creative way, the Munich-hailing DJ/producer, who have releases across labels such as Tale Of Us’ Afterlife, Adana Twins’ TAU and Above & Beyond’s Anjunadeep, has been influenced by melodic trends in electronic music and come up with his unique and abstract sound. The artist enjoys a very productive year so far with solo releases the likes of “Distorted Youth”, “Concrete Jungle” and “Transhumanism”, along with others in collaboration with Anyma, Atelier, NTO and Forma.

Joining Innellea on the second day are NØFOTO, Ant, Mesh and Dish Dash.
