Marco Lys takes ‘Follow Me (To A Place Called Love)’ to new heights with electrifying remix
Out via Armada Subject, his remix of Barbara Tucker and Plaster Hands' ‘Follow Me (To A Place Called Love)’ is poised to make its own mark
Following his successful collaboration with Tube & Berger on 2022's hit track 'Starter,' Italian house artist Marco Lys is back with a dynamic remix of Barbara Tucker and Plaster Hands' ‘Follow Me (To A Place Called Love)’.
The original track, a blend of electronic beats and soulful vocals, has been masterfully transformed by Marco Lys into a high-energy anthem perfect for any club night. His charged remix elevates the tune to new heights, while staying true to the essence of the original version.
This isn’t the first time ‘Follow Me (To A Place Called Love)’ has been reimagined, as it was previously remixed by Mauro Ferruci and Tommy Vee back in 2018. However, Marco Lys' fresh take on the track is poised to make its own mark and captivate audiences once again.
Speaking about the remix, “When I first heard Barbara's vocals, summer images of beaches at sunset immediately came to mind. With this version I wanted to do something Epic adding elements with deep reverbs, percussions and ethereal sounds in the breakdown to build the tension and explode in the drops. This track has been a secret weapon in my sets for a long time and now, finally, it sees the light!” says Marco Lys.
