Martcl and Al Rasta release ‘Sarina سرينة’ on newly launched Doze Records
The accompanying official video moves through chaos while the release explores dark electronic and cinematic hip-hop
Martcl and Al Rasta have joined forces on ‘Sarina سرينة’, which arrives as the debut release on Doze Records.
The track pairs Martcl’s forward-driving production with Al Rasta’s uncompromising vocal presence. Martcl, the producer behind the project, builds beats engineered for momentum while retaining a raw emotional charge. Al Rasta, a Palestinian songwriter and rapper who relocated to Jordan to pursue his career, delivers sharp, flow-led verses that reflect struggle, persistence and self-expression. ‘Sarina سرينة’ marks their first official collaboration.
The official video frames ‘Sarina سرينة’ as a long-awaited creative collision. Centred around a signal sent into the night, the visual narrative follows Al Rasta as he is drawn toward an unfamiliar sound, chasing it across spaces shaped by movement and resistance. As the music builds, the pursuit intensifies and chaos begins to surface; unfinished beats, distorted textures and mounting energy reflecting the instability and pressure that define the journey. That chaos reaches its peak when rapper and producer finally meet, with fire and physical intensity used as symbols of confrontation, release and transformation, before dissolving into a moment of shared rhythm and clarity.
The video was directed and edited by Martcl alongside Abooha, with Abooha also serving as art director. Cinematography was handled by Geragos Yaghlian, with Maria Istifan credited as assistant camera, while Martcl took on executive producer duties for the project.
An instrumental version of ‘Sarina سرينة’ is also available to listen to here.
