Steyoyoke features Navid Kaya and AliPink on new ‘Ethereal Techno’ compilation
Across its 17 tracks, the collection captures a range of melodic and introspective interpretations from artists worldwide
Navid Kaya and AliPink have released their collaborative track ‘Edge of Time’ via Steyoyoke, as part of the 15th curation of the ‘Ethereal Techno’ compilation series.
Written during a period of emotional intensity, the track was conceived as a form of refuge, a space where the two artists channelled their experiences into sound. Built on textured electronic layers, immersive atmospheres, and hypnotic rhythmic structures, ‘Edge of Time’ moves fluidly between fragility and strength, reflecting the emotional duality at its core.
This release represents AliPink’s first official outing, while it becomes Navid Kaya’s third project on the label after ‘Halfway’ and ‘Stranger’. Alongside his work as a DJ and producer, AliPink also runs Techno Tehran Records.
Sonically, the track reflects the subtle and atmospheric direction Steyoyoke explores through its Ethereal Techno series. Together, the Tehran-based pair shapes this approach into a cinematic sound experience, blending melodic tension, driving grooves, and expansive soundscapes with precision.
‘Edge of Time’ is out now on Steyoyoke, alongside other standout tracks by the likes of Talal Bazzi, Marwan El-Meligy, DJ Geri and Bryt, among others.
