SAFAR collaborates with Hind Ennaira and Benda Haloy on ‘Janguariye’
Moroccan Gnawa rhythms are paired with vocals and guembri lines delivered by Hind Ennaira

SAFAR has released ‘Janguariye’, a new track that brings together traditional Moroccan Gnawa elements with electronic production.
The record features vocals and guembri lines performed by Hind Ennaira, recognised as one of the first female Gnawa artists to reach international audiences. The track pairs the characteristic pulse of the three-stringed guembri with SAFAR’s restrained, bass-driven approach, weaving Gnawa rhythms into a contemporary electronic framework. Benda Haloy has also contributed to the production, shaping the track’s overall texture alongside SAFAR.
Lyrically, ‘Janguariye’ is presented as a prayer for goodness — a call to be good, to feel good, and to share that sense of well-being more widely.
‘Janguariye’ is now available across digital platforms.
