Tamara Qaddoumi has shared the official video for 'Seasons', one of the tracks from her 2025 album 'The Murmur'.
Born in Kuwait to Palestinian, Lebanese and Scottish heritage, Qaddoumi has developed a multidisciplinary artistic identity shaped by theatrical storytelling and genre-fluid songwriting. Across releases including 'Dust Bathing', 'Soft Glitch', 'Sorry Signal' and 'The Murmur', she has combined dream pop, alternative rock, electronica, cold wave and trip-hop into a sound that balances intimate songwriting with cinematic production.
In the 'Seasons' video, Tamara Qaddoumi is portrayed as a monochrome Roman bust engulfed by a frenzied storm, reflecting on a world where heritage becomes collateral and memory is reduced to rubble. Conceived as both a quiet scream and a eulogy for disappearing cultures and civilisations, the visual contemplates what remains when cities are flattened, histories erased and collective memory begins to fade. Behind the scenes, the artist spent an entire day embodying the sculptural figure while seven months pregnant. She has described 'Seasons' as existing "somewhere between lullaby and elegy"; a meditation on what endures as places, memories and histories slip away.
The track was written by Tamara Qaddoumi and her husband, Antonio El Hajj Moussa, continuing the pair's long-running creative partnership. The album 'The Murmur' marked a new chapter in their collaboration. Co-produced and mixed by Fadi Tabbal, the record explores themes of temptation, death, rebirth and renewal through richly layered arrangements and introspective songwriting.
The video was directed by Ramzi Hibri, who also handled cinematography.
